A proud member of Zagime Anishinaabek First Nation and Intermediate Cree speaker, Steven Pelletier brings cultural values and beliefs that form the foundation of his professional approach. His commitment to blending global perspective with local understanding allows him to provide fair, authentic, and valuable service to clients — ensuring that trust is built and fostered in every aspect of the relationship.
With over 8 years of diverse experience across multiple industries including oil and gas, sustainability, and Indigenous community development, Steven is driven by a commitment to foster positive growth within communities and organizations. His global perspective transcends traditional local viewpoints, enabling innovative solutions to complex challenges.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Steven possesses deep understanding of both traditional project management methodologies and modern Lean and Agile practices. His expertise extends to facilitating Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects, ensuring he can adeptly navigate and lead complex initiatives to successful outcomes. He has successfully facilitated and coordinated Student Housing projects and Elder's lodging in British Columbia and Alberta, demonstrating his ability to deliver meaningful results for Indigenous communities.
By integrating progressive project management, leadership, and engineering concepts, Steven creates a harmonious balance between what a business or project is today and what it can become.
