Lesley Williams
Chief Advisor
Lesley Williams is an accomplished leader and public policy professional with over 15 years of multidimensional expertise in economic development, sustainability, Indigenous and multi-stakeholder engagement and government relations.
She has vast experience consulting with political acuity and sound judgement, including Indigenous communities and organizations, federal, provincial, and territorial governments, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations.
Most recently, Lesley served as Chief of Staff to two Ontario Ministers, where she led regulatory and policy development, provided thought leadership and outcome-driven strategic direction, navigated complex and sensitive files in natural resources, mining and Indigenous affairs, and directed a risk-based approach to issues management.
