Ian excels in interpreting complex legislation and transforms these interpretations into actionable, compliance-driven practices. His academic foundation includes advanced qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety and a range of certifications in risk assessment, business, and safety management. This extensive training allows Ian to adeptly manage, innovate, and lead in challenging settings.
Throughout his career, Ian has held pivotal roles, including HSE Superintendent and Maintenance Safety & Training Manager with major Australian mining companies, overseeing comprehensive safety protocols across multiple sites. His tenure as Corporate Health and Governance Manager further solidified his leadership capabilities, steering large teams towards exceptional outcomes.
