Carolina Montrose is a trilingual strategy and results-driven digital marketing professional with 13 years of digital marketing and public relations industry experience. She has a proven track record of increasing website traffic and conversions through SEM, social media, email marketing, paid marketing, content strategy and influencer marketing. She is also an accomplished graphic designer and is experienced in website development. Carolina is also an event producer with 7-year experience and expertise in all aspects of event planning and execution. She has produced and managed more than 100 events, ranging in size from 125 to 3000 people, both in-person and hybrid. Her skillsets include a deep understanding of event logistics, from venue scouting to vendor management, selecting and managing entertainment and speakers.
